Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TraceCallerID app, website and related services ("Services"). By using TraceCallerID, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use TraceCallerID.
• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You can close your account any time from the app — Profile → Privacy → Delete Account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use TraceCallerID for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or otherwise abuse the Services or our public APIs.
• Submit false or malicious spam reports designed to harass another person or business.
• Upload contact data you don't have the right to share.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Services.

3. Content and ownership

TraceCallerID and its logos, designs, source code and backend services are our intellectual property. Content you create — your blocklist, your spam reports, your name suggestions — remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and aggregate that content so the app can actually work for you and the wider community.

4. Community contributions

Spam reports, name suggestions and contact contributions feed into our crowd-sourced intelligence. By submitting them, you confirm they are accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may aggregate, weight and re-rank these contributions according to our published trust model.

5. Paid features

TraceCallerID is free for the majority of users. Some conveniences may be available via a premium upgrade. Prices, billing and cancellation details are displayed at the point of purchase and are subject to the app store's rules.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or update features; we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

7. Disclaimers

TraceCallerID is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. We do our best, but we can't promise that every spam call will be caught or that every caller identification will be perfect.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraceCallerID and its team aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that causes harm. You may also stop using the Services at any time by deleting your account.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app and on this page. Continuing to use TraceCallerID after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
