Billing, upgrades & the fine print

Can I try Premium before I pay?
Yes — every Premium plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time from Profile → Subscription; nothing is charged until day 15.
How does the Business plan's 5-user limit work?
The base Business plan includes five verified user seats under one organisation — the admin invites team members by email or phone, and each gets their own verified badge on outbound calls. Need more seats? Each additional seat is ₹1,499 / $19 per month, with Enterprise pricing for 25+ seats.
Do prices include GST / VAT?
Prices on this page are before applicable taxes. GST is added at checkout for Indian customers, VAT for EU customers. A GST-compliant invoice is issued on every charge.
What happens if I hit the 200-minute translation cap on Premium?
Translation switches off for the rest of the billing cycle; every other Premium feature keeps working. You can top up in 60-minute packs at ₹99 / $1.49, or upgrade to Business for unlimited minutes.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes — upgrades are instant and pro-rated. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. Your data, blocklist and contribution history carry across every plan, in both directions.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans are billed once a year with a flat 20% discount on the monthly rate. Available for both Premium and Business.
